Peter Goldsmith

I have spent my working life as an entepreneur. I have started and grown 2 successful Chittenden County businesses; one now run by my two children. It has always been important to me that my work feel relevent; clearly valuable to people in some way. With that in mind, my first business was a CENTURY 21 franchise. We sold residential real estate, and I managed the sales force, starting small and working up to 12 agents. From 1979 - 1985 my company was recognized by CENTURY 21 as the #1 CENTURY 21 franchise in the state of VT. After real estate, I started and ran a retail natural foods grocery store in South Burlington, eventuallly employing over 100 employees.
